Common questions
Can foggy glass be defogged instead?
Defogging dries the unit out but can't restore the seal or the gas, so the fog usually comes back. Replacing the unit is the lasting fix.
Do I need a new window frame?
No. Insulated units are made to be replaced on their own. The frame and hardware stay.
